At Trinetic we offer one to one personal training sessions conducted in a private gym. For those new to training, one to one sessions are a great introduction to the world of fitness as you gain an understanding of the fundamentals of exercise technique, and what works best for your body.

For those who have been training for a number of years and are looking to further improve their training or performance, sessions can introduce new methods and fine tune your training to take you to the next level.

Beyond the 60 minute session, support and advice is given to help you keep on the right path with the rest of your exercise and lifestyle.

Trainers and gym clothing are required and a small towel and water would be useful too.

No, we can start from scratch and training will begin and progress relative to your current level and your overall goal.

No. All training plans will be based on what equipment you have available to you. Ranging from a couple of bands and dumbbells at home through to commercial gym membership.
