Our small group sessions combine a variety of training methods to ensure comprehensive development in all three triathlon disciplines — swimming, cycling, and running. The foundation of the plan is gym-based strength training, working on sport-specific conditioning and injury prevention. However, alongside this there are practical training sessions such as run workouts, swim analysis, brick sessions, transition practice, and open water swims. Whether you’re aiming to improve your swim stroke, improve your cycling confidence, or boost your run endurance, these sessions are structured to address all aspects of triathlon performance.
As part of the program, you’ll also receive an individualized training plan tailored to your specific goals and needs, designed to complement the group sessions.
