Individual triathlon coaching delivered through Triathlon specific software. Every session is written for you, working towards your goals and designed to fit within your lifestyle. Coaching goes beyond just delivering a training plan. The data from the sessions is constantly reviewed and future sessions are adjusted accordingly.
Communication is vital to the process and encouraged. Through the software you can provide as much feedback on sessions as you like as well as ask any questions and give any other relevant information. The first step in setting up a training plan is an initial consultation.
Goals, time constraints and current levels of fitness are discussed and any analysis of technique or physiological testing can be done, getting the training process started on the right path.
We offer two levels of monthly subscriptions (three month minimum sign up period).

If injury occurs your coach will adapt the training towards recovery from the injury and getting you back to full training, towards your goal in an appropriate time frame.
Yes, you can move up a level from standard to expert to advance at any stage. It is also possible to move down if you feel you need slightly less input for a phase.
Swimming pool access, a bike and running shoes are essential. If you have a GPS Heart Rate Monitor, Turbo trainer and gym access that is fantastic. A powermeter on your bike or turbo is also useful, but not key.
